Why isometric beats a perspective render
A perspective render flatters one corner of one room. An isometric holds every parallel line parallel, so relative sizes stay readable and a client can compare the kitchen against the living space by eye. It is the drawing that answers "is this big enough?" without a tape measure — which is why estate agents, interior designers, and architects all reach for it at the point a decision gets made.
The 3D and the plan are the same building
Most tools treat the 3D view as a separate asset: you draw a plan, then someone models it again for the render, and the two drift. Archi4D derives both from one room geometry. Move a wall in the editor and the area schedule, the code checks, and the next isometric all move with it. There is no version of the render that shows a building you cannot build.
