AI floor plan generator
Most AI floor plan tools give you a picture of a floor plan. Archi4D gives you the floor plan: rooms as real rectangles with real areas, walls on a 100 mm module, doors placed so every room is actually reachable, and checks run against the geometry rather than asserted in a caption.
Free for your first 5 plans. No card, no install.
Geometry first, picture second
Ask a language model for a floor plan drawing and you get walls that do not close, rooms that overlap, and dimensions that are decoration. Archi4D asks the model for something it can get right — a tiling of labelled rectangles — and then derives the walls, the door openings, the circulation graph, and the area schedule from that geometry in code. The drawing is a consequence of a layout that holds together, not a guess at what one looks like.
Four options, not one answer
One generation returns four genuinely different organising moves: a linear band, a courtyard, split wings, a compact stack. The point of schematic design is comparison. Getting one plan back tells you nothing about whether it was the right plan.
Lock what works
When one option gets the kitchen right, lock it and regenerate the rest. Locked rooms keep their name and proportion across the next run, so you converge on a scheme instead of rolling the dice repeatedly.
What you get
Four ways in
A written brief, a room program, a site boundary DWG, or a hand sketch.
Run against the geometry
Egress path length, glazing ratio per habitable room, and accessible clearances, computed not claimed.
Constraints you set
Floor area, bedroom count, and an openness dial from cellular to fully open plan.
Every run kept
Each generation is a restore point with the settings that produced it attached.
