Describe the brief.
Get measured floor plans.
Archi4D turns a written brief, a site boundary, or a sketch into four floor plan options with real dimensions, area schedules, and code checks. Edit the walls, walk it in 3D, export DWG or IFC.

From brief to drawing set in four moves
No CAD licence, no template library, no waiting on a draftsperson to test an idea.
- 01 — Brief
Four ways in
Write it, fill a room program, upload a site boundary or an existing plan, or sketch the massing directly on canvas.
- 02 — Options
Measured, not moodboarded
Every option comes with an area schedule, circulation ratio, daylight estimate, and egress checks against local code.
- 03 — Edit
Drag a wall, keep the maths
Move partitions and the schedule updates live. Lock rooms you like and regenerate only the rest.
- 04 — Handoff
Out to the tools you use
DWG, IFC, PDF sheet sets, or a shareable link with comments for the client.
Draw it, describe it, or upload the survey
Archi4D reads a DWG boundary, a scanned plan, or a sketch and returns a measured layout. Walls snap to 100 mm, openings carry swing direction, and every room is tagged with its area.
Stand inside it before it exists
Every plan is a model. Set the camera, run a sun study on the winter solstice, and send the client a walkthrough link instead of a PDF they can’t read.
A palette that prices itself
Assign finishes room by room. The schedule updates quantities as walls move, so the cost conversation happens while the design is still cheap to change.

Test twelve schemes before lunch
Lock the rooms that work, regenerate the rest, and take the winner into ArchiCAD or Revit with layers and spaces intact.
- Egress and daylight checks
- Site boundary import from DWG

Show the room, not the mood board
Apply a material palette to the model and put the client inside the space the same afternoon they brief you.

- Client link with comments
Walk into the first meeting prepared
Describe the renovation in plain words, get a plan with honest dimensions, and know what you are asking for before you pay for drawings.
- Plain-language brief
- Real areas in m² or ft²
- PDF to send your architect
What practitioners say
4.7 out of 5 across 612 reviews on G2 and Capterra
It replaced the part of the job I liked least — redrawing the same layout six ways to prove the obvious one was wrong.
The area schedule updating as I drag a wall is the whole product for me. No more spreadsheet drift.
I brief clients on Monday and show them four plans on Tuesday. That never used to be possible at our size.
I am not an architect. I used it to work out what I actually wanted before I paid someone to draw it.
The rest of the toolkit
Everything between the first idea and the issued drawing.
Code checks as you design
Egress distance, ceiling height, window-to-floor ratio, and accessible clearances, flagged against your jurisdiction.
Lock and regenerate
Keep the rooms that work, throw the rest back into generation. Nothing you approved moves.
Sun and daylight study
Daylight autonomy per room, solstice shadows, and north glazing area — before any consultant is engaged.
Comments on the drawing
Clients and consultants pin notes to a wall or a room. No email threads about “the third bedroom”.
Every version kept
Each generation and manual edit is a restore point with the reason it happened attached.
Exports that survive
DWG layers, IFC 4 spaces with materials, and A1 sheet sets with your titleblock.
Made with Archi4D
Recent plans shared by studios and homeowners.
“We used to spend the first week of a project drawing options we already knew we’d throw away. Now that week is a morning, and the client sees four real plans instead of one sketch.”
Simple pricing
One plan generation is one credit. Unused credits roll over.
