Egress path length, measured room-centre to room-centre along the door graph from the deepest room to the entry, flagged against a 20 m limit.

Ceiling height, reported at the 2 700 mm the generator assumes throughout.

Window-to-floor ratio for every habitable room — living, kitchen, bedroom, study. A habitable room with no external wall fails outright; one with too little external wall for 10% glazing is flagged as a warning with the actual percentage.

Accessible bathroom clearance, checking the shortest internal dimension against the 1 540 mm a turning circle needs.

Green is a pass, amber is a warning worth resolving, red is a failure that will not survive assessment. They appear in the right-hand panel of the workspace and update as you edit.

These are design-stage sanity checks that catch the obvious problems while they are still free to fix. They are not a certifier's assessment, they do not cover structure, fire separation, energy rating, or planning controls, and passing them is not evidence of compliance.
