It rebuilds the geometry, not just the image
A picture-to-picture conversion gives you something that looks three-dimensional and measures nothing. Archi4D reconstructs the plan as rooms with dimensions, which is what makes the area schedule, the code checks, and the DWG export possible afterwards. The 3D view is the last step, not the only one.
Fix what the original got wrong
Scanned plans are rarely clean. Once the geometry is rebuilt you can drag a wall, retag a room, or lock the parts that are right and regenerate the rest — and the schedule keeps up as you go.
Then send it somewhere useful
Export the reconstruction as DWG or IFC, produce an A1 PDF sheet set, or share a link that lets the client comment on a specific room.
